  • Our standard processing time is 1-3 days.

    Our shipping times average 1-3 days, depending on the shipping option you select during checkout.

  • ALL local orders must be picked up within 14 days. Any order not picked up within 14 days, will have 48 hours to pay for shipping or forfeit their order.

  • We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason, including delays in shipping, due to the nature of our products.

    We will only take the refund or cancellation if it's an error on our part.

  • MISSING/INCORRECT ITEM - If you received a missing or incorrect item, please contact us within 5-7 days of delivery at divinemoonhelp@gmail.com to get a replacement sent to you within a week.  A photo of the incorrect item and a picture of the invoice/receipt MUST be sent to the email provided.  If the photo or invoice/receipt can not be provided, we can not send out the replacement item. 

    LOST/STOLEN ITEMS - If the package is shipped out correctly and it gets lost stolen we are not liable as the shipper. You will need to file a claim with the carrier

    Unfortunately, if the post office or UPS does not accept responsibility, that is between you and the carrier.

    BROKEN ITEMS - Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the broken item as we will need to document this issue. 

    You can file a claim with the United States Post Office online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.  If you received your package in a priority USPS white envelope or box. In order to begin the claim, you must take 3 photos of the item: Front, Back, and Side of the broken item.  Please take a photo with the bubble slightly around the tea and at least one photo of the label on the tea. The picture must be clear and large enough if not, the post office can deny the claim. It can take up to two weeks or more for the post office to finalize the claim. Unfortunately, If they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier.
